I use Sally Hansen’s “Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat” strictly for a base coat because it dries rather quickly and leaves a nice even surface on your nails.
For a top-coat, I’m really impatient and I don’t like feeling helpless waiting for my nails to dry, so I recommend INM’s “Out the Door Fast Drying Top Coat”.
But if I have lots of gems, rhinestones, or anything 3-d, I recommend “Beauty Secrets Nail Hardener & Thickener”.

Sorry it has been FOREVER! These were my nails for Halloween to go w/ my Waldo costume- I know, it has nothing to do w/ anything :P and no, my hands are not two different skin tones, it’s hard to take a picture of BOTH sets of nails by yourself, haha

7/18 - Wasn’t sure what to do this week. So neutral a neutral base w/ white zebra stripes and black rhinestone bows seemed pretty simple to me =)
